Ajith joined TrustUs executive team as a qualified property professional with wide range of experience gained by working with both state and private sector institutions. He started career with Seylinco Financial Consultancy Pvt. Ltd. In 2007 having completed his first degree, BSc. Estate Management & Valuation by University of Sri Jayawardhanepura and then joined with the Government Valuation Department as an Assistant District Valuer where he gained his professional affiliation as a as a Professional Associate Member of Institution of Valuers, Sri Lanka. He migrated to the United Kingdom in 2010 and returned to Sri Lanka having completed Postgraduate Diploma in Surveying by University of Reading UK. He has worked for two leading Valuation Service providers in Sri Lanka and have achieved Chartered status being a Professional Member of Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), United Kingdom. Also, he is a RICS Registered Valuer.
During his career as a Property Valuer, he held the post as a Senior Manager, Valuation which channeled his skills and knowledge to execute all kinds of duties associated as a Chartered Valuation Surveyor. In this capacity, I had the privilege to gain exposure, and understand the importance for informed property valuation and consultation on property development across multiple disciplines in a professional background. Having the added advantage for work in private and public sector firms over eight years in my career.
